Spirit Of Ngaben



Ngaben is usually done by choosing a good day which is often referred to as "duase". Balinese people are very enthusiastic about ngaben rituals performed by the atmosphere of joy. People walked together to the grave to make the process of burning the corpse. Before being burned, the ritual performed by "pedanda" are praying for the body to get a good place in heaven.

The Fighting Of "Siat Sampian"


Siat sampian is a sacred dance inherited from generation to generation at “pura samuan tiga”. This ritual uses leaf used as a weapon of religious ceremonies. The dance of siat sampian guardian by a group of dancers female (permas) and male dancers (parekan). Siat sampian form of dance movement at each other and throwing each other like a war using weapons coupled sampian as hysterical shouts and permas parekan.

The Ritual Of Melasti in Kuta Beach



Every year before nyepi, thousands of  Hindus held a ritual melasti in kuta beach. Ritual of melasti aims to clean up Bhuwana Agung (universe) and Bhuwana alit (soul) in Nyepi Day welcoming Saka Year 1933.
Melasti in Kuta was witched by foreign tourists. They watch with orderly, and not disturb people who are conducting the Melasti Ritual.

The Ritual Of Pangrebongan


In the Pura Agung Petilan Kesiman, held a ceremony of ngerebong. The ceremony is held once every 6 months during one week after the kuningan day. Thousands of  people have joined the desa adat kesiman gathered to send the pralingga, sasuhunan, prarai, Rangda and tapakan barong to Petilan Pura Agung kesiman." In the ritual process, many people are trance. They danced and tempered the keris in his body until finally they woke up with a sprinkling tirta.

Dewa Mesraman


"Dewa mesraman" is a series of routine “pujawali” done once every 6 months ... This ritual is also familiar with the title "Siat Jempana". Where between “jempana” collision with another “jempana” which means that the gods are having fun. It is said in Klungkung called "Dewa Mepalu" but the term is still debated by “pengempon”, because "mepalu" means a fight. But the sense of God is the “Dewa Mesraman” fun and pleasure.
